How does ordering on WhatsApp work?

Tap Order on any product. It opens WhatsApp with the item pre-filled. We confirm availability, take payment by card link or PayPal, and arrange pickup or shipping. Usually all sorted within the hour.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Ceramics are double-boxed. US shipping is $8 flat, international is quoted per order (usually $20-35). Candles ship anywhere.

Can I request a custom glaze or scent?

For orders of 4+ pieces, yes. Custom work has a 3-4 week lead time. Message us with what you have in mind.

What if something arrives broken?

Photo within 48 hours of delivery and we remake and reship free. It happens maybe twice a year, but when it does, it's on us.
